Clara was almost short, with shoulder length brown hair that she kept up or in a ponytail when working. She was of average build. Overall, she was not that noticeable; She tended to fade into the background with her unmemorable looks. However, when she tried, which wasn't often, she could make a great impression on others.
Personality
Clara was a passionate individual. She was passionate about work, and about her hobbies. She often had the trait of leaving a task that needed to be done in order to peruse a non-essential project that caught her interest- But, if she was engaged in a project, she would peruse it with unrivaled fervor. She was loyal and devoted to Starfleet and her ship. Off duty, her hobby was racquetball and socializing. She was popular among the engineering officers on the ship, but was largely unnoticed by officers and personnel from other departments, which annoyed her, especially in the area of romance; the level of which for her had been practically none.
History
Clara joined StarFleet at 20, not wanting to go through the Academy. She achieved the rank of Petty Officer quickly, having distinguished herself multiple times through her determination and quick thinking. On her first posting, she saved the ship when she noticed a small defect in the port nacelle that would have destabilised the warp field and torn the ship apart. Later, on an away team, she got separated and kidnapped by a group of colonists who opposed the Federation's presence. Clara managed to escape, and steal a ship to return to her starship alone and without support. Her outstanding merits gave her the rank of Petty Officer early.
She was assigned to the Archimedes at the behest of the ships former CEO, but she stayed on when he left because she liked the close quarters of the Archimedes.
Death
Her life was abruptly cut short at the hands of Jakob Turner, while the rest of the crew were on shoreleave at Risa. She was strangled and later spaced from Archimedes while it was en route to Starbase 50
