2385: Oh noes! The Archimedes has been ship-napped, along with the skeleton crew that was on board while the rest of the crew were lapping it up on Risa. Starfleet Command have been notified and their response is to send a vessel to Risa within the next 24 hours to start a search for the missing Archimedes. Fat lot of good that will do, methinks a handful of officers led by Commodore Geiger may take matters into their own hands and nick a ship themselves to give chase.
They also find a stowaway Kendra Smith, in the guise of an old earth-style Safari hunter who has an agenda of her own. Nathan and Kendra brokered a deal to rescue some marines on Botanicas III. By the time they arrive though there are only five marines left and killer plants have the ship in their clutches. One dead marine and a gratified giant plant later (thanks to John) the valiant crew are once more en route.
Body number two: the innocent Petty Officer Clara Kochanski has turned up frozen in space - a crewsicle. The Commodore starts to fear the worse as it's beginning to look a lot like his former partner in crime, Jakob Turner is responsible and he's headed straight for Starbase 50.
Enraged the crew continue on, intent on revenge. They enter the system where SB50 is located and Archimedes engages them in a short firefight (after some gloating from the bad guys of course).
With the Archimedes back in our heroes hands, that leaves SB50 which has played host to a terrible massacre. Our heroes board SB50 and seek to make things right. Not able to follow orders Serenity boards and gets herself kidnapped by Jakob Turner who negotiates a deal with the Commodore. He wants him to leave so he won't be harmed.
The real big bad rears his ugly head and it turns out to be the deranged holographic scientist, Doctor Luton Powell. Not deleted as the crew of the Archimedes had believed him to be at the end of a previous mission. His evil experiments have been a success and he now occupies the body of Rear Admiral Eliza Speight and has provided bodies to his holographic henchmen in exchange for their loyalty. Now he's back on Archimedes to give his beloved a gift. Her own body - Kendra Smith's body to be exact!
