O'Malley's

O'Malley's is a franchise of seven Irish Lounges and/or Bars with various branches located throughout the galaxy including Earth, Vulcan, Starbase 50 and on Archimedes. Each branch is run by a holographic Lounge Manager/owner of the Irish persuasion and all are related, sharing the same last name, O'Malley. Although they have very distinctly different personalities and are as close to AI - best your credits can buy. They are owned and maintained by a parent organisation, O'Malley Corporation (2380) Limited.

O'Malley's serves up traditional Irish fare and real alcohol along with a wide variety of alien beverages. The food is usually made fresh with only some ingredients replicated as required.
