Doctor Vertu Constance is a Trill-born psychiatrist. She makes her home, and her medical practice, on the planet Risa.

Interactions with Archimedes

One of Doctor Constance's patients was a Starfleet Counsellor called Cristobel Sefton. He booked appointments with Constance for every day of his shore leave on Risa. When Sefton missed one of his scheduled appointments, and Constance could not manage to contact him, she filed a missing persons report with the Risian authorities. Starfleet eventually reported that Sefton left Risa unexpectedly. (Meanwhile on Risa)

Cristobel Sefton sent a communique to Doctor Constance, requesting her aid as mentor, if he could serve as Counsellor Apprentice in her medical practice. Prone to occasional bouts of being recklessly impulsive, Constance accepted Sefton's offer. He made no response to her acceptance. (I Fought the Law)
